This is total crap!  God help you if you find yourself sitting here for 80 too long minutes.  I did think the premise had promise.  Take  a married couple that is having trouble and put them in a hotel and go completely off the grid, off the booze and off the insults for 24 hours and see why comes of it.  A day without technology – totally loving it from just this idea.

BUT, this couple had so little to say above the cliche’s that you “don’t hear me” and “I need your attention” and “where did we go wrong” and “I think it went bad long ago” and and and and.

Never did they scratch anything of depth or interest.  Never did I feel for them or care about their marriage.  They fought, made up, fought again and walked out.  There you have it.  Save your $50.  See what is on Netflix.

I was actually more interested in the third actor – a man who played the clerk at the hotel who appeared only three times: to let them in the room, deliver flowers, and deliver coffee.  I was hoping that HE would eventually amount to something.  I thought maybe he was a secret lover.  I thought that he was the actual husband.  I thought that he might be the therapist in this “hotel therapy”.  BUT, no just a clerk.

This is one couple that clearly NEEDS to spend much MORE TIME on Social Media.  They need to have SOMETHING interesting to say – something more than their pitiful sparing.  Stop looking at each other.  Start staring at that cell phone.  Please!
